Complete Chastity Cage Checks without signing an ongoing Contract first:

1. Access the system below and verify email address to begin
2. Select a payment amount*
3. Describe the chastity device used, if any
4. Answer questions about goals and target dates
5. Submit photos of client locked in chastity
6. Submit additional comments and photos
7. Enter payment information

After four (4) submissions are made, client is eligible for a Chastity Debt Contract with a flexible timeline that imposes penalties for missed checks and/or goals.

After the Cage Check is submitted it is attached to the client file and a compliance report is sent to the verified email. After the fourth submission the client will be sent the Application for a Debt Contract with various options for term lengths and amounts and penalties. Clients may continue to submit cage checks with or without signing.

Note that the cage check requires the client to enter the minimal amount of information required to process a card payment, including full name and billing postal code. A confidentiality agreement and purchase agreement are also included, and first time clients will be required to submit valid ID.
